Carrie is a freelance dietitian and health writer with more than 25 years’ experience working in nutrition communications. She has published nearly 200 scientific papers, book chapters and articles on various aspects of nutrition. Ailsa is a freelance Paediatric Dietitian and lecturer in Dietetics at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. She has a specialist interest in plant-based diets and in her clinical practice supports families with vegan and omnivorous diets, and everything in between.
