Episode Thirty Two: Michelle Hirschman - The Healing with Pause Transformational Travel and Retreats

Michelle shares why she's deeply hooked on committing to yearly retreats—and how intentional pauses have become a non-negotiable part of her life and work. Through retreat experiences, she's discovered that stepping away isn't about escape; it's about clarity, alignment, creativity, and coming home to herself. Each retreat has reshaped how she leads, heals, and builds her business—proving that slowing down can actually move everything forward. In this conversation, Michelle explores the magic that unfolds when we give ourselves space: renewed inspiration, deeper intuition, meaningful connection, and the courage to listen to what's truly calling. Retreats have taught her how to access wisdom beyond the noise, making them a powerful tool for business owners, caregivers, creatives, and busy humans who are holding a lot. ✨ Listen in as Darcy interviews Michelle to discover how pausing changed everything, why retreat experiences are so transformative, and how you can access inspiration—even in the midst of a full, demanding life. And don't miss details on Michelle's Walking Mentorship Retreat happening April 2026, a soulful, movement-based experience designed to support reflection, intention, and embodied leadership. Listen in to this Creative Healing conversation on Integrating Sound Energy Healing into Trauma Work. Learn how to incorporate moments of rest and digest for nervous system regulation into daily life. Meg Reinis, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of The Hive Therapy & Wellness Boutique, a community-centered space for integrative healing. She is licensed in California, Colorado, and Florida, and specializes in treating trauma through somatic modalities such as TRM and Brainspotting. Meg has also studied psychedelic-assisted therapy and is passionate about the power of expanded states of consciousness for deep healing. In her own life, Meg found that therapy alone wasn't enough—and through her personal healing journey, she discovered the profound support of spiritual practices, movement, and meditation. This led her to become certified in sound healing, a practice she now shares with others as a gentle, yet powerful tool for nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and inner harmony. She believes in creating healing spaces where people can simply receive—where the body, mind, and spirit are invited into balance without the need to do more. Meg's work is rooted in love, presence, and the belief that wellness practices are essential for a life of healing, connection, and wholeness. She lives in Marina del Rey with her partner, son, and two pups. Connect with Meg here: https://hivewellnessboutique.com
