Simply excellent

Doctor Rhonda Patrick’s podcast is simply excellent for anyone interested in taking additional ownership over their health, from initial information expansion to deeper dives with superb guests. Her interviewing is challenging to guests and she has cracked the way of talking about deeply complex science topics for non-expert listeners, whilst providing detailed show notes for deeper dives. Just cannot thank her enough for her passion and generosity. Keep it up, Rhonda!
