    This Yoga Nidra is part of my Luminosity Yoga series, aligning your yoga practice with the lunar cycle. It is a systematic guided relaxation, during which we cultivate effortlessness.     Yoga Nidra zum Entspannen und Energie tanken

    Yoga Nidra, auch bekannt als Yogischer Schlaf, ist eine geführte Meditation im Liegen. Es erlaubt dem Körper in eine tiefe Entspannung zu sinken, während der Geist wach bleibt. An der Grenze vom Wach-zum Schlafbewusstsein erlangen wir Zugang zu unterdrückten und unterbewussten Erfahrungen und Erinnerungen. Im Gehirn wird folglich Platz geschaffen, um destruktive Gedankenmuster/ Verhaltensweisen zu lösen und neu zu vernetzen. Diese Praxis verleiht ein Gefühl der Frische und Erneuerung, und ist eine sehr wertvolle Unterstützung in einem stressigen Alltag oder auch einfach um abzuschalten und aufzutanken.
