  1. Reclaiming Your Worth as a Female Founder with Gemma Gilmour

Reclaiming Your Worth as a Female Founder with Gemma Gilmour

In this episode of Next Level You, I’m joined by Gemma Gilmour, a behaviour analyst turned transformational coach, for a beautiful conversation about self-worth, mindset, business, intuition and what happens when you realise you’ve outgrown the work you once loved. Gemma shares how she built her first business in Applied Behaviour Analysis, why moving into the online space knocked her confidence, and how she found herself linking sales, visibility and business growth to her own sense of worth. We talk about the pressure so many female founders feel to keep pushing, proving and holding everything together, and why reconnecting with your body, your intuition and your own inner belief can change the way you show up in business. This is a conversation about trusting yourself, changing the story, letting go of other people’s opinions, and remembering that your worth was never meant to be measured by income, success, qualifications or external validation. More about Gemma: Gemma Gilmour is a behavioural psychology-trained transformation coach for ambitious female entrepreneurs who know they’re meant for more. She specialises in subconscious rewiring and nervous system stabilisation, helping women build the internal leadership required to hold visibility, money and growth without shrinking Connect with Gemma https://www.facebook.com/gemma.gilmour.54/ https://www.instagram.com/success_becomes_her/" Keywords: female founder mindset, self-worth in business, transformational coaching, business confidence, women entrepreneurs, intuition in business, mindset coach, online business growth, limiting beliefs, female entrepreneurship.

  2. Project Management for Entrepreneurs: How to Turn Business Ideas Into Reality

    10/04

Project Management for Entrepreneurs: How to Turn Business Ideas Into Reality

In this episode of Next Level You, I’m talking about one of the most important, and often invisible, roles that business owners take on: project manager. As entrepreneurs we wear many hats. We’re the marketing director, sales director, operations lead and customer service team. But one role sits across all of them. Project management. Every time you launch something new in your business - a podcast, an offer, a website, a system or a campaign, you are running a project. And without a simple structure, those projects can stay stuck in your head or remain half-finished. In this episode I break project management down into a simple framework that entrepreneurs can actually use. I cover: • What a project really is in business• Why many business ideas never get completed• How to set a clear project goal and deadline• How to use milestones to break big ideas into manageable steps• How thinking about risks and issues helps you stay on track• Why estimating time makes execution much easier Project management doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just about creating enough structure so your ideas actually become reality. If you’ve got projects sitting in your head right now, this episode will help you turn them into something you can deliver. Energetic Intelligence, Human Design and Self-Trust with Sue Jones-Miranda

In this episode of Next Level You, I’m joined by Sue Jones-Miranda to explore energetic intelligence, spiritual intelligence and Human Design, and how understanding your unique energy can change the way you live and work. Sue shares how tools like Human Design and Gene Keys can help people reconnect with who they truly are, understand their natural way of operating, and start trusting themselves more deeply. We talk about conditioning, identity, self-trust, and why so many people feel pulled to question the traditional path they’ve been taught to follow. It’s a thoughtful conversation about authenticity, intuition, personal growth, and the courage to live in alignment with your true self. More about Sue: Sue is an Energetic Strategist and founder of the Playbooks. Her work calls leaders back to their truth. 4. When Your Business Is Growing But Everything Still Depends on You | Scaling a Service Business

    6/03

When Your Business Is Growing But Everything Still Depends on You | Scaling a Service Business

Many founders reach a stage where their business operations still depend heavily on them, even though the business itself is growing. Clients are coming in, projects are moving forward and revenue is increasing. From the outside the business often looks successful. Behind the scenes, however, the founder is usually carrying much of the operational responsibility, remembering processes, coordinating projects and quietly making sure everything keeps moving forward. In this episode of Next Level You, I talk about a stage many growing service businesses reach where the business is working well, but the operational structure hasn’t quite caught up with the growth. I explore: why businesses that are growing can still feel operationally stretched how founders unintentionally become the operational centre of the business why processes often live in the founder’s head why growth naturally increases coordination and complexity the moment many founders realise everything still seems to depend on them If you are building or scaling a service business and feel like everything still runs through you, this episode explores why that stage is so common. 5. AI didn't kill your brand voice - it just proved you never had one! With Georgina L. Chapman

AI didn't kill your brand voice - it just proved you never had one! With Georgina L. Chapman

In this episode of Next Level You, I’m joined by copywriter and brand voice strategist Georgina L. Chapman - the woman who’s been saying the same thing about copy and brand voice for years. It just took AI, a trust recession, and half the internet having a crisis about it for anyone to listen. In this episode we talk candidly about what’s actually gone wrong in online business - and why so much copy sounds identical even when the people behind it couldn’t be more different. We explore:  - Why technically polished writing can still completely fail to land - Why the “authentic” content you’re posting probably isn’t actually authentic  - And the shower thought Georgina had 12 hours before we recorded that reframes everything you think you know about AI and brand voice  We also get into how Georgina ended up as the key witness in one of the UK’s largest equal pay and sex discrimination tribunal cases - the one that started the #MeTooPay movement - and why standing in that room made her the last person who will ever ask someone to dilute their voice for the sake of being accepted. Fair warning - you will leave this episode wanting to rewrite everything. Don’t say I didn’t tell you. About Georgina: Georgina L. Chapman Copywriter & Brand Voice Strategist, #1 Bestselling Author Georgina has spent nearly 15 years helping coaches, consultants, and service providers stop sounding like everyone else. She named what nobody else was talking about: the Buyer In Between. Not B2B. Not B2C. The one in between - spending their own money, deciding alone, and burned enough times to smell bullshit instantly. Traditional copywriting frameworks weren't built for them. AI wasn't trained on them. Georgina helps you speak directly to them. She's on a mission to change how people think about brand voice - it's not something you create or find. It's already there. Are we still thinking? Productivity, AI and the Difference Between Thinking and Doing

We live in a world where doing never stops. Emails, notifications, content creation, client delivery, AI tools - it’s constant. And recently I’ve been noticing something: the line between thinking and doing has become blurred. In this episode, I explore the difference between strategic thinking and reactive doing and why combining the two might be diluting both. I talk about: Why responding quickly isn’t the same as thinking deeply Whether social media and AI are encouraging reaction over reflection The tension between productivity and utilisation Why solopreneurs struggle to separate strategy from execution How constant context-switching affects clarity and decision-making I share reflections from my own experience in leadership, consulting, and running a business and why separating thinking from doing might be one of the most important shifts we can make. Thinking and doing require different energy. Different pace. Different intention. When we blur them together, we dilute both. Thinking deserves space. Doing deserves focus. And recognising and acting upon the distinction between the two might change everything. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, share them with me on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/toniaddinallstrategist/ Keywords: Strategic thinking, Productivity in business, Thinking vs doing, Solopreneur strategy, Founder productivity, AI and critical thinking, Business clarity, Decision-making, Strategic leadership, Utilisation vs productivity, Context switching, Business growth strategy
