    Carnivore

    IMO the Carnivore diet: Starve the bacteria of their carbs. Integrate anti-inflammatory spices. Reduce pancreas workload. Slow energy absorption. Increase insulin sensitivity. Reduce adipose(fat) tissue. Feel fuller. As long as you don’t accompany the meat with sugars or starches. Also consume easily digestible proteins like beans, fish, and chicken. Or slow cooked beef(80% human dna eeew).

    Root Cause Documentary Reaction

    I thoroughly enjoyed the documentary. It was very relatable on multiple levels. There were a few touches of hyperbole but still effective in inspiring thought and consideration on whether there are better options.

    Holistic Dentist Visit

    Holistic dentist visit. Safe to say they didn’t suggest anything especially different from a conventional dentist. I was somewhat disappointed but at least got a thorough assessment of what’s going on. My mouth/tooth salve: Flaxseed oil Coconut oil Baking soda Clove powder Vitamin C (Acid? Only dietarily) Iodized salt Iodine(2%) Garlic powder Cayenne powder Ginger powder After i made this post I just purchased a Japanese toothpaste that rebuilds enamel using hydroxyapatite. Maybe I will talk about it later.
