Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market. On this episode of Stock Movers:Listen for comprehensive cross-platform coverage of the US market close as heard on Bloomberg Television, Bloomberg Radio, and YouTube with David Gura, Isabelle Lee, Norah Mulinda and Tim Stenovec- MarineMax (HZO) shares surge as much as 46%, the most intraday since November 2008, after agreeing to be acquired by Safe Harbor Marinas, a Blackstone Infrastructure portfolio company, for $53.00 per share in an all-cash deal, and representing an enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion.- Archer (ACHR) rises as much as 23%, the most since May 2025 after Boeing announced it will sell several units to Archer Aviation Inc., including Wisk, SkyGrid and Insitu, which specialize in developing technologies for flying taxis and drones. As part of the deal, Boeing will take an almost 20% stake in Archer and enter into a technology-sharing arrangement to retain access to the Wisk core autonomous flight technology.- Apple (AAPL) was downgraded to an underperform rating at Jefferies due to concerns about the outlook for the company's iPhone. Analyst Edison Lee wrote that introducing new form factors in the iPhone to drive higher average selling prices is more difficult than expected, citing the cancellation of the 20th anniversary all-glass iPhone model. The consensus recommendation for Apple stands at 3.88 out of five, the lowest since 2019, with fewer than 60% of analysts recommending buying the stock.
