A social media specialist, content creator and editor, Christopher Kelly born and raised in New York , USA, joins Talia in a heart breaking discussion of what is happening in Palestine and how this on going conflict between Israel and Palestine is effecting our muslim, and American Arab community. Talia being from Palestinian and Jordanian descent raised in a muslim/catholic home feels the unwelcoming tension in her community even as an American raised in New York. Christopher talks about the importance of awareness, and inclusion in our communities, and how being empathic towards others will bring peace and some form of understanding in society. Talia in this Episode vents about these crooked political and social injustices that are currently happening in Middle East and specific areas around the world.

James Clear is the Author of "Atomic Habits", and it has influenced Talia in, physical and mechanical ways to help her establish a system that guides her in her everyday life. She also references the Entrepreneur magazine article written by Jason Feifer , he addresses how people only focus on the "hero" , the "success story" , and leave out "the parts that everybody misses" the "setbacks", the "slippery slopes", and bad habits that people have to break in order to reach successful outcomes. Last month Talia found herself in a habitual nauseating feeling , and she took a step back in order to find her momentum again, listen to her share her journey with you, so you can too find a healthy habitual system that works for you, in order to reach your goals, and dreams.
