Loooved it!

Hey guys, loved the podcast!
I’m a third year aerospace engineering student, from Portugal, and I’ve always found very hard to maintain a healthy balance between studying and fitness or even food! I discovered your YouTube channel last summer and I immediately got addicted, watching videos non-stop. One of the reasons is your way of making it look easy but still real with ups and downs!
I really loved what Kurt said about the 8 hours of free time, it got me wondering where those hours go... I would also like to hear about how you compromise your time and activities together, just because my boyfriend is also a night owl and I’m more of a morning person.
Anyway, keep doing the great work!!

How to start your podcast addiction

I have been following Sarah for two years and Kurt since they started dating.She was always one of my big inspirations in terms of how a nice life should be lived. From her fitness and healthy life to her social life and relationships she was always an example for me. I know that influencers, youtubers, instagramers (whatever you want to call it) lives are never perfect or the way we see it from the outside, but I also took something from her vlogs, vídeos or posts on Instagram. On they announced that they were creating a podcast I was like "hmm that should be nice" - more content, more knowledge. But I wasn't that into podcasts. I have to tell you that from now on I am a podcast addicted and more important I am a "the health code". The first episode was extremely motivational and inspirational, and I can't wait for the next ones. Keep up with the good work. "We all have the same hours in a day. It is how we use them that make the difference."
