The dangers of future-tripping (Encore episode)
Cheers to the present! We will never be able to tell the future, so why spend the energy worrying about it? In this episode of Thick & Thin, my goal is to stop wasting my time trying to control the narrative, but sometimes the anticipatory anxiety and endless what-ifs, win.

Forbidden Fruit (Encore episode)
We all hate being told what to do. It's a tale as old as time. So in this episode of Thick & Thin, I try to discover why. Why is it human nature to crave what we can't have? Is it for thrills? For power? For knowledge? Or perhaps, all of the above.

On the go podcast
I have followed Katy for many years and I have always admired her openness about her insecurities and vulnerabilities. I love the history/ pop culture approach that the different episodes have- it makes them always original and interesting. Overall, I love this type of podcasts where we listen to a specific theme but it has a touch of personal journaling.
Thickheaded & Thin Skinned
This podcast is such an obvious vanity project that you can actually hear Katy’s smug smile while she humble brags about her privilege, complains about first world problems and patronizes her listeners by presenting the most basic information as deep research.
However, the biggest issue with Katy is her carefully constructed online persona, so you must take every meandering story with a grain of salt. Thankfully, Katy can’t remove her podcast reviews or else I’d be blocked and harassed by one of her friends just for leaving a bad review, which is what ends up happening in every other platform whenever you criticize her in any way or expect any kind of accountability.
For example, Katy joked about sexually harassing strangers in bars, got terrible feedback and promptly edited that part out with no mention of it whatsoever.
Too bad she didn’t spare us of that episode about her butthole…
