We discuss how we've grown from addressing our violent comparisons as well as the growth we still need to do.

    Summary: Aiming for perfection can be a bad thing. In Episode 2, we discuss our perfectionist tendencies and how they have negative impacts on various aspects of our lives. We also provide viable solutions to help us move away from the negative habit of trying to get everything perfect. At the end of the episode, we do a quick activity to help us apply what we discuss.
