HR 2: Eliot Shorr-Parks: not fair to judge Jalen Hurts after week 2

The Eagles seem to be the favorite to win the matchup versus the Rams this Sunday, but it will be close. The Eagles will hopefully pick up their passing offense this week against the formidable Rams. Eliot Shorr-Parks doesn't think it's fair, however, to judge Jalen Hurts as an overall passer after only these two weeks of football. Joe DeCamara loses in Beat the Hammer!
