    Judge Rules AGAINST Trump Sending Troops into Chicago

    Yet another federal judge has ruled that Donald Trump is prohibited from deploying troops to the streets of an American city. Judge April Perry said that the Trump administration is offering her "unreliable evidence", adding that Trump's directives "violate the Constitution" and "only add fuel to the fire that they (Trump and company) themselves have started." Judge Perry ruled that Trump is "enjoined (prohibited) from ordering the federalization and deployment of the National Guard of the United States within Illinois." Judge Perry' rulings now stand alongside similar rulings from other judges prohibiting Trump from sending National Guard troops into Oregon, and finding that Trump's deployment of troops to the streets of L.A. was illegal.     Trump-Appointed Judge PROHIBITS Trump From Sending Troops into Portland

    Federal judges are proving, over and over again, that the pen (the judicial pen) is mightier than the sword. Glenn discusses the temporary restraining order issued by Judge Karin Immergut, a Trump appointee, prohibiting Trump from federalizing the Oregon National Guard and sending them into Portland. And, when Trump tried to violate the court's order by sending the California National Guard or the Texas National Guard to Portland, Judge Immergut issued a second restraining order, in the middle of the night, prohibiting those deployments as well.     Two Trump Court Losses: One on Birthright Citizenship & the Other on the DOJ's Vindictive Prosecution

    Two new court rulings and opinions show that federal judges continue to remain loyal to the rule of law and are willing to expose and rule against Trump and his DOJ's unconstitutional conduct. In one case, a federal appeals court ruled that it's an easy legal call to conclude that Trumps' attempt "to deny Americans their birthright" is unconstitutional. In a second case, a trial court judge ruled that the evidenced shows a "realistic likelihood" that Trump's DOJ is vindictively prosecuting Kilmar Abrego Garcia, and the judge ordered discovery on the issue.     Judge Cites Trump Flunky Kari Lake with "Concerning Disrespect" that Would Justify Contempt

    Kari Lake is a failed politician. She ran for governor of Arizona and lost. She ran for the United State Senate and lost. She was successfully sued for defamation and was forced to settle. She has pushed the lie that Trump won the 2020 presidential election. So of course, Trump made her senior advisor to the U.S. Agency for Global Media. And now, Kari Lake is a defendant in a case being presided over by DC Federal District Judge Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee. As Politico reported, "Judge pauses cuts to US Agency for Global Media: Judge Royce Lamberth said the agency's 'concerning disrespect' for court orders under the leadership of Kari Lake would justify contempt proceedings."
