Dallas Cowboys 2026 Preview: Dak Prescott, NFC East Odds & Best Bets (Ep 271)

Something very strange is happening in Dallas: longtime Cowboys analyst J Tuck actually likes what the organization is doing. Jordan “J Tuck” Tucker of CFO Sports joins Smalls for a full 2026 Dallas Cowboys preview, covering everything from a rebuilt defense and George Pickens to Dak Prescott props, fantasy football targets and Dallas’ chances of winning a wide-open NFC East. The Cowboys finished 2025 with an offense capable of scoring with anyone and a defense capable of making almost anyone look like an All-Pro. J Tuck looks back at a unit that lost its identity amid the Micah Parsons drama and eventually became one of the biggest reasons Dallas missed the playoffs. But this offseason feels different. Dallas added Rashan Gary to a front featuring Kenny Clark and Quinnen Williams, landed Caleb Downs and hired Christian Parker to rebuild the defense. J Tuck explains why Parker’s youth, energy and ability to connect with modern players could unlock a secondary that still has plenty of talent. They also talk about George Pickens, who has fully participated despite playing on the franchise tag. J Tuck loves what he has seen — with one small concern: if Pickens plays too well, Dallas may have trouble paying him. Then Smalls and J Tuck attack the betting board. Dallas’ 9.5-win total feels more difficult than its NFC East price, especially with Philadelphia facing significant changes. J Tuck ultimately projects roughly 10–11 wins and believes Dallas should compete for the division and make the playoffs if the roster stays healthy. Fantasy football discussion includes Javonte Williams as a potentially undervalued lead back, Ryan Flournoy as a sleeper and Jake Ferguson as another discounted target. Finally, J Tuck hears Dak Prescott’s 27.5 passing-touchdown total and immediately wants the over, eventually calling it a “free gift.” Follow J Tuck at @jtuck151 and find his Cowboys, NFL and draft analysis on CFO Sports. Cincinnati Bengals 2026 Predictions with Michael Turner: Joe Burrow, Win Total & Best Bets (Ep 270)

Can the Cincinnati Bengals turn a rebuilt defense and a healthy Joe Burrow into a real 2026 Super Bowl run? Smalls welcomes back comedian and lifelong Bengals fan Michael Turner, recently seen on Netflix’s Funny AF with Kevin Hart, for a full Cincinnati Bengals season preview. Michael has spent 39 years emotionally invested in this team, so naturally the conversation begins with the safest part of the Bengals calendar: the offseason, when they cannot hurt him yet. The biggest story is the defense. Cincinnati’s offense can already score with anybody, but last season the defense repeatedly gave games away. Smalls and Michael break down why the additions of Dexter Lawrence, Jonathan Allen, Brian Cook and Kyle Dugger could completely change the floor of this team. They also discuss Trey Hendrickson’s departure, Cincinnati’s long-running organizational habits and why simply getting to league-average defensively could be enough to make the Bengals dangerous again. From there, they attack the betting board. The Bengals sit at 10.5 wins, but Michael makes the case for getting aggressive with alternate totals and pushing Cincinnati to 12 or even 13 wins. They discuss AFC North odds, Super Bowl futures, Joe Burrow’s passing touchdown total, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins props, Chase Brown’s fantasy upside, Mike Gesicki and a deep sleeper to remember in Colby Young. And yes, it all comes back to Burrow. If he plays a full season, Michael has a hard time seeing Cincinnati as anything less than a double-digit-win team. Smalls also raises the uncomfortable question of whether Burrow sometimes holds the ball too long and creates extra punishment for himself. Michael is back on the road throughout the season, including comedy shows built around Bengals road games. Follow him on Instagram @TurnerComedy and get tour dates and tickets at TurnerComedy.com. Los Angeles Chargers 2026 Preview: Justin Herbert, Mike McDaniel & Best Bets (Ep 269)

Smalls is joined by Geoff Fienberg to preview the 2026 Los Angeles Chargers and explain why expectations should be high entering Year 3 under Jim Harbaugh. After winning 11 games despite devastating offensive line injuries in 2025, the Chargers bring back a healthier unit and add Mike McDaniel to an offense built around Justin Herbert and Omarion Hampton. Smalls and Geoff discuss how McDaniel could unlock Herbert, whether the Chargers are being underrated in the futures market and why the stakes are officially high for this version of the team. They also break down Herbert’s MVP and passing-yard upside, Hampton’s rushing touchdown potential, Keaton Mitchell, Trey Harris, Quentin Johnston as a late fantasy value and the difficulty of betting the loaded AFC West. Plus, Geoff reacts to the Justin Herbert-Madison Beer discourse and tries to determine exactly how worried Chargers fans should be if Herbert suddenly starts dressing like Joe Burrow. Jacksonville Jaguars 2026 Preview: Trevor Lawrence, Travis Hunter & Best Bets (Ep 268)

The Jacksonville Jaguars are coming off a 13-4 season, an AFC South title and one of the NFL’s strongest finishes. So why does the betting market seem hesitant to buy back in? Smalls is joined by Jordan de Lugo of Generation Jaguar to preview the 2026 Jaguars from every angle. They discuss Jacksonville’s roster continuity, whether the defense can remain among the NFL’s best, Travis Hunter’s expanding two-way role and what Jordan has seen firsthand at Jaguars training camp. Then they dive into fantasy football. Is Parker Washington worth his rising ADP? Can Brian Thomas Jr. bounce back? And does Trevor Lawrence have legitimate league-winning upside in Liam Coen’s offense? Finally, Smalls breaks down the Jaguars win total and her favorite futures, including Trevor Lawrence to lead the NFL in passing yards and Brian Thomas Jr. over 724.5 receiving yards. Washington Commanders 2026 Preview and Predictions with Moneyline Mac (Ep 266)

The Washington Commanders enter the 2026 NFL season trying to rebound from a 5-12 finish, and everything depends on the health of Jayden Daniels. Moneyline Mac from The College Experience joins Stephie Smalls to preview Washington’s roster, new offensive and defensive systems, difficult early schedule and chances of returning to the NFL playoffs. Can Daniels remain healthy behind a changing offense? Is Dan Quinn on the hot seat after two disappointing defensive seasons? Stephie and Mac examine the additions of Sonny Styles, Antonio Williams, Kaytron Allen and Chig Okonkwo, along with Washington’s uncertain wide receiver room. Stephie explains why Okonkwo is a legitimate fantasy football breakout candidate—and why Terry McLaurin absolutely is not. They also evaluate McLaurin’s receiving-yard total and several other potential Commanders player props. Washington’s win total sits at 7.5, with Mac predicting a 9-8 finish, a playoff berth and a legitimate chance to win the NFC East. The pair also discuss Jayden Daniels’ Comeback Player of the Year odds, Philadelphia’s uncertain outlook and why all four NFC East teams could finish between seven and ten victories. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2026 Preview: Baker Mayfield, Vita Vea and Best Bets (Ep 265)

Stephie Smalls welcomes Buccaneers fan Jay Huffman, founder and CEO of Champ AI, for a complete 2026 Tampa Bay Buccaneers preview. The episode begins with a suddenly chaotic Tampa Bay offseason. Vita Vea has requested a trade, Baker Mayfield is preparing to play under his current contract after the Buccaneers failed to reach an extension, and franchise icon Mike Evans has left the team. Stephie and Jay examine whether these developments signal the beginning of an organizational collapse or could produce the perfect conditions for another Baker Mayfield revenge season. They revisit Tampa Bay’s disappointing 2025 finish, including the staggering number of injuries suffered by Mayfield, the offensive line, the receiving corps and the secondary. Despite starting 6-2, the Buccaneers eventually lost the NFC South tiebreaker and ended a run of four consecutive division championships. The discussion then turns to Todd Bowles’ job security, Tampa Bay’s defensive additions, the revamped secondary and a backfield featuring Bucky Irving, Kenneth Gainwell and Sean Tucker. Jay also explains why Emeka Egbuka and Jalen McMillan could become one of the NFL’s most underrated receiver combinations. Finally, Stephie and Jay give their favorite Buccaneers futures and player props. Bets discussed include Tampa Bay over 7.5 wins, Baker Mayfield over 25.5 passing touchdowns, Emeka Egbuka over 900.5 receiving yards and Mayfield as a longshot to lead the NFL in touchdown passes. Jay closes the show by explaining Champ AI, a sports app and group-chat companion offering live scores, highlights, trivia, statistics, betting research and fantasy advice. Ask Smalls Anything: Bears Hype, NFL Grief & Guilty Pleasures (Ep 264)

Can the Chicago Bears reach the NFC Championship, and which teams are headed to the AFC and NFC title games? Stephie Smalls and Producer Ryan McKee break down the Bears’ outlook, Caleb Williams’ next step, the loaded NFC North and the teams they trust most heading into the NFL season. Ask Smalls Anything is the listener-driven edition of The Stephie Smalls Show, where Stephie and Ryan step away from the usual team previews and betting analysis to answer whatever the audience sends them. This week’s questions cover the five stages of grief experienced during an NFL Sunday, whether circumcision actually matters to women, embarrassing guilty pleasures and Scottie Scheffler’s casual golf attire. Before the questions begin, Stephie and Ryan debate whether responding to an internet troll automatically means your feelings are hurt, revisit the heated drums-versus-flats controversy and celebrate the simpler days when crowds lost their minds because Emeril Lagasse added beer to a recipe. Stephie also defends nepo babies using every available advantage, while Ryan considers attending a Kesha concert alone as a single man in his 40s. The episode closes with the important issues facing America: whether 100 caribou could defeat a gorilla in checkers and which New York sports legend Stephie would allow into a nightclub first.
