    I Love You (With Your Name at the End): A Simple Practice to Heal

    Hey — take a breath. This practice flips the mind’s old critical tapes by inserting one new, gentle line: “I love you” with your name at the end. Say it to your newborn self, your present body, or in a hard memory — no reasons needed. It’s small, immediate, and surprisingly powerful.     4 Intro to Mindfulness Meditation: Craving/Desire and Aversion/Disliking The First Two Hindrances

    This is the fourth of six introductory guided meditations: Sometimes one can hardly find the breath to use it as a training object. At such times a meditator can up-level the game and become aware of which of the Five Hindrances are present. The first two form a polarity: Craving and Aversion.
