Kyler Murray Back to the A’s? + ESPN’s Top 100 MLB Players

In this episode of BLEAV in A’s, Tyler Texeira, Luke Mitchell, Alec Dennett and Devin Neel discuss the possibility of Kyler Murray returning to baseball after comments from Athletics GM David Forst saying the organization would be open to the former first-round pick exploring a return. Murray was drafted ninth overall by the A’s in the 2018 MLB Draft but chose to pursue an NFL career instead. With Murray now an NFL free agent, the conversation turns to whether a return to baseball could actually happen and what that would mean for the Athletics. The episode also covers ESPN’s Top 100 MLB players list for the 2026 season, including four Athletics players making the rankings. Tyler, Luke, Alec and Devin react to Nick Kurtz coming in at No. 29 along with Brent Rooker, Shea Langeliers, and Jacob Wilson making the list.
