David then talks about his time in the England set up playing alongside Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and John Terry in the U21s, being on standby for the 2002 World Cup and finally receiving his senior England cap. Hope then talks about his life growing up in Liverpool before being scouted for Everton and coming through the ranks before eventually making his senior debut in the Europa League alongside Mikel Arteta, Yakubu & Tim Cahill.
