    On The Table for our final episode…  we don’t quite know what to think!  Was it good?  Did we get what we wanted?  The episode said justice was supposed to happen, but did it?  Some really good moments, but some really stupid moments happened too, we thought.  Perhaps we have to just accept that Dexter series’s strong points is not its finales!  Let’s go through it as we dissect the final episode of Season 1 of Dexter: Resurrection!

    "Touched By An Ángel"

    On The Table this week, what an episode!  Heartrates race as threats were being made from Dexter to Prater, threats were being made from Charley to Harrison, threats were being made from Dexter to Charley... it was all a setup for perhaps the best season finale we’re ever gonna see in the Dexterverse!  And finally, we said adios to La Pásion.  (And Jake has gotta sit here and watch Mel smile as we talk about it!)  Join us as we dissect this week’s episode of Dexter: Resurrection, Episode 0109!

    "The Kill Room Where It Happens"

    On The Table this week, prepare yourself for a "jumping around" episode of our podcast, because it was a "jumping around" episode!  And frankly, there wasn’t a lot to talk about!  Kind of a lot happened... but nothing that really jumped out?  It made you excited for NEXT week - Batista took a big swing and missed, Harrison had a damn good time, Prater & Charley are fighting (but they’re figuring shit out) and Dexter has got himself some...  shall we say blue balls?  Let’s frustratingly dissect this week’s episode of Dexter: Resurrection, Episode 0108!

    "Course Correction"

    On The Table this week, Dexter is in this Killer Camp killing like he’s in a video game!  We find out Prater's whole backstory, and it frankly settles all of Jake's questions about Prater, but not necessarily everything for Mel, which we discuss and argue about in this episode.  Gemini is gone; doesn’t matter what we wanted him to be, the show doesn’t care about that!  Wham bam, kill the man!  Honestly, it kinda feels like the show is desperate not to get canceled; that's how fast it's pacing!  Welcome to this week’s episode, recapping Dexter: Resurrection, Episode 0107!

    "Cats And Mouse"

    On The Table this week, two members of Prater’s little serial killer social club get wacked, BUT the show pulls a little soap opera twist on us at the end of the episode that I think catches us all off guard!   (Frankly, we weren’t mad about it; we weren’t done with that character.)  The detectives hit some brick walls, Harrison is back on his crazy horse, plus, some excellent fan theories about Charley’s past and who the hell she is, which we basically have to rely on at this point, because the show is giving us absolutely nothing!  Join us as we dissect Episode 0106 of Dexter: Resurrection!

    "Murder Horny"

    On The Table this week, we find Dexter a little heartbroken when a potential love interest goes sour (and perhaps, we find ourselves as fans a little betrayed as well?).  Leon Prater gets a little backstory that so far doesn’t add up at all, Harrison gets some help from Dad that he says he doesn’t want, but damn what a setup, and we gotta pat ourselves on the back a little bit from some of our predictions, all as we recap this week’s Episode of Dexter: Resurrection, Episode 0105!

    On The Table in this week’s episode of Dexter, we got smacked in the face with everything we’ve been waiting for in this season!  We know what the secret cabal is, we’ve got names, we know what it’s about, and one of them is already dead! Also, Batista... dammit, we’re in a weird place about Batista... we’ll talk about that, plus fan theories that we think answer a lot of questions - it's all part of this week’s episode, recapping Dexter: Resurrection, Episode 0104!

    “The heat is on to Harrison already in this episode, Dexter is back in action and back on the hunt, and we get the tiniest little bit more (really not enough) of Uma Thurman in the latest episode of Dexter Resurrection.  We’ve got more beef with the detective, we need to make fun of her, we got a little beef with Dexter, but mostly, we just gotta share our love of this new show!  Welcome to this week’s episode, recapping Dexter: Resurrection, Episode 103, "Backseat Driver!”

    Dexter: Resurrection is out, and it is an absolute feast for fans of the Dexterverse!  Your hosts of On The Table, Melanie & Jake dive right into the newest saga in the life of Dexter Morgan as he chases his son, Harrison, to New York, with his "dark passenger" on board, as well as the steady voice of his father, Harry, always in his mind and at his side.  In this podcast (which contains ALL THE SPOILERS), we'll recap each episode each week, discussing our favorite moments, (as well as which parts we think could have used some more polish - EEK), and play some fun games and features.  We'll second-guess our heroes, we'll get to know our new villains, and we'll savor ever morsel of this new show!
