    Finding Your Own Way to Wellness with Licia Florio

    Licia Florio is an Italian entrepreneur, creative and wellness curator whose work explores the connection between movement, breath and conscious living. After founding her eponymous fashion and wellness brand, she expanded her focus toward holistic well-being, creating experiences and tools designed to help people reconnect with themselves. In 2021, she co-founded CIAOMONDO, a wellness platform and community centered around physical and mental well-being through yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and other holistic practices. What began as a series of free online classes has since grown into a wider wellness ecosystem encompassing an online school, live experiences, festivals and Milano Wellness Week. A breathwork facilitator and mentor, Licia describes her work as developing projects that elevate the body and consciousness. She is also the author of Ciaomondo, published by Rizzoli in 2022, which explores five pillars at the heart of her philosophy: breath, movement, meditation, creativity and sharing.
