    How I actually changed my whole life

I’m taking you through my life story, especially the moment I hit a real rock bottom moment, and how everything changed after that.  I really hope with my whole heart that this episode shows you that we are so much stronger and more capable than we think, that change is possible, and that we will always see results if we keep showing up for ourselves and keep going, even when we want nothing more than to give up.
