    Ep 67: Yin & Yang - Fire, Water, Duty & Feelings, Oceans of Memory, and the Dao of Diplomacy

    What a time to be alive! Things are really heating up and in this episode Jost and Leon talk the topsy turvy topic of war and diplomacy, the observable - and rapid - increase in anger and outrage, and how these things link back to the mother of yin and yang: the Kidneys. The world is going through a massive shift, and navigating the rough seas of emotionality requires sure footing and a steadfast hold on reality (whatever that means).  Jost and Leon also discuss memories stored in the oceans, underwater UFOs, Godzilla, moving to Mars, and the repercussions of the 'yindemic'. Leon tries to explain exothermic core-mantle decoupling (perhaps not completely successfully) and why the Great Pyramid of Giza has water damage. As always our health is at the core of everything, and our Kidneys are responsible for stabilising our true nature. In a time when so many are losing their grip, it is now imperative to stick to our guns and be true to ourselves.

    Ep 66: The Great Divide - Good vs Bad Health, Vigilance, Selfishness, the Shaolin Spirit, and Fighting without Fighting

    In this episode, Jost and Leon navigate the great divide - the phenomenon that not only separates us politically, but that splinters us even further based on every issue imaginable. The biggest loser is our health, and this is where the battle is being fought whether we realise it or not. Jost gets into the Taoist and Chinese medicine perspective on division and transformation, how they are inseparable from current events, and the organ that allows us to distinguish relevant issues with clarity before making decisions. Jost and Leon also discuss Bobby Kennedy Jr’s confirmation hearings and his face-off with Bernie Sanders, and what this confrontation represents in the bigger picture. Jost and Leon also chat about the dead internet theory, bomb-proof suits, the Shaolin way, and what happens when you mention the “T” word.  While it feels like we’re in a battle of good vs evil, it’s really a battle between good and ill health, so we now have to cultivate our personal health as a form of resistance against divisive forces.     Ep 63: Zero Point - Yang Rising, Unlimited Energy, Wormholes, Sleeper Souls, and The Party of Tao

    As our world experiences dramatic shifts, a lot of us are finding ourselves caught up in a whirlwind of mental overload, and with excess mental energy comes a desperate to understand everything that’s going on and get to the bottom of it all; who’s right, who’s wrong, and who’s in control. Without a way to come back down, relax, and centre the mind, it becomes hard to get a grip on life and the urge to try and understand increases further. This downward spiral of attempting to solve mental problems in the mind doesn’t work, so what are the alternatives? The answer is energy. Instead of trying to think our way out, we need to feel our way forward. In this episode Jost and Leon get into all things energetic, from an internal experience of chi to the accessing the inexhaustible energy aether and what this means for humanity in the very near future. Jost gets into the need to have a foundational, concrete experience of chi to orient your day instead of starting in the mind, the symptoms associated with rising mental energy and the role of the Blood in traditional Chinese medicine. Jost also talks about  the cost of living crisis, how to combat the overwhelmingly heavy energy of mundanity, and how to bring the mind back down to zero through practice. Of course the unavoidable subject of recent political insanity comes up, and Leon and Jost chat about crazy campaigns, censorship and the rise in debunkers. Leon talks about his recent rabbit hole with disappearing airliners, wormholes, plasma orbs, and the phenomenon of Zero Point Energy (ZPE). He also talks about facing the future instead of lamenting for the past, and Nikola Tesla’s dream of ‘annihilating distance’. Jost connects zero point energy to chi and talks about being on the cusp of major breakthroughs in understanding energy and human potential on a mass scale.  Jost and Leon also talk about sleeper souls - those with dormant knowledge that upon activation will trigger a quantum leap in technology, and how quickly the world will change as a result. They also talk about leading physicist Nassim Haramein, how energy isn’t generated but accessed, and how understanding there is more to life than what we see in front of us is how we get creative and get busy building the new.     Ep 62: Harmony - Cymatics, Recovery, Un-Adapting, The Art of Relaxation, and Putting the ‘Chi’ in Chill

    There’s no mistaking it, stress, anger and frustration are on the rise as we experience an overabundance of yang and a decline in yin. But with so many different options out there to help us ‘relax’ how can this be the case? Having a drink, flopping down in front of the TV, or even hitting the gym are seen as ways to get us into a chill out mode. Without an active, mindful approach to relaxation, we can’t fully come down, combat stress and manage cortisol levels.  In this episode Jost and Leon go into chill out mode as they talk about all aspects of recovery and relaxation, and how balance and harmony are crucial as we find ourselves increasingly on the up, and without an ability to return back down again. Jost gets into the recent ‘discovery’ by modern sports science of the importance of recovery, the connection between brainwaves and advanced recovery phases, how the lack of recovery after exercise damages the immune system, and how relaxation is not simply stopping and doing nothing but an active and engaged effort. He also discusses how increased performance expectations across all aspects of life, be it exercise, business, or creativity, require the same deep and multidimensional approaches to relaxation. Leon talks about his first experience with chi gong standing practices, the importance of relaxation in fighting, and how harmony is crucial in everything from food, to music, to film. He also talks about the need to un-adapt from dark influences, bad habits and the expectations of society.  Jost and Leon also get into music's impact on us, from helping us to relax, to keeping us young, transporting us through time, and helping us recover from a few too many beers. They also talk about introducing musical instruments to sporting events, Leon’s aversion to ABBA, cymatics, and how to prevent wars and stock market crashes.     Ep 61: The God Force - Soul Variants, Dark Disruptors, Inner Starlight and the Path of the 5 Organs

    If we take a look at the world through the lens of the mundane media, and political propaganda it appears that there is more darkness than light in the world…that there is more chaos, conflict and ill will than there is balance, peace and optimism. But what if a large amount of the mayhem is being caused by only a small percentage of dark disruptors who are here to profit from the pain? This apparent imbalance is by design. Their numbers may be small but their influence is broad, and we must resist falling into cloudiness, confusion and anxiety and instead maintain our connection to our own power, and our own internal guidance system.  In this episode Jost and Leon take a tour down the rocky road of religion and atheism, discuss the true meaning of God, dogma and doctrine, and how our perception of good and evil comes down to our soul individuality and our varying degrees of difference. Jost gets into modern science’s discovery of prayer’s impact on heart and brain function, and how this is a result of not praying to an external source but going within. He also talks about the intelligence of the 5 Organs (Heart, Kidneys, Spleen, Liver, Lungs) and how nourishing them in concert is the key to resisting building health, resisting brainwashing, creating light and forging the path forward. Leon talks about the origins of religious iconography, the architecture of dystopian consumerism (which is a lot more entertaining than it sounds), his strategy for getting out of IKEA alive, and how to get out of a mall, and out of life, without having accumulated too much unnecessary crap.  Jost and Leon also reflect on kangaroo Tai Chi, problem-solving parrots, Vikings, constellations, financial crises, and the the struggle of living for your dreams and values instead of pursuing safety, security and predictability.  The takeaway tip, look to the brightness of the stars within you, and illuminate your own path forward instead of being trapped in other people’s dark version of reality.
