أهلا، أنا أيڤ، بنت سويسرية تايهة في القاهرة وبين ثقافتين : ثقافتي الخاصة والثقافة اللي بتأقلم عليها حاليا. فقررت أكتشف اختلافات المصريين والسويسريين عشان نفهم بعض أكتر شوية البودكاست ده هيفيدك لو انت عاوز تعرف أكتر عن الثقافة المصرية أو ثقافة غرب أوروبا، لو ما عندكش مشكلة تستحمل لهجة بتاعة واحدة لسه بتتعلم اللغة ولسه مش لبلب فيها، و لو انت نفسك بتتعلم اللهجة المصرية (مع شوية كلام شامي غصب عني) وعاوز أو عاوزة تسمع شوية عربي هدفي بسيط ومتواضع جدا، أنا عارفة أن انا مش هشرح ثقافات عندها هحتاج يا إما مئات أو آلاف السنين من تسجيل نص ساعة بودكاست كل شهر. صحيح، أنا وضيوفي - اللي في الحقيقة هيكون معظم الوقت صاحبي وشريكي محمد، شكرا ليه - مش خبرا، وهنعمّم طول الوقت في البرنامج ده  لكن عشان نتعرف على أم الدنيا ونفهمها اكتر من ناحية تانية من العالم، خلونا نسافر بالكلام في آرأنا الخاصة والشخصية عشان نلاقي جزء من الحقيقة اللي غالبا مش هاتكون عامة، بس اللي هاتكون مفتاح ثقتنا في بعض خلونا نبني شوية ألفة في الشرفة. واكتبولنا! عرفونا عليكم، احنا هانحب جداً نسمع اقتراحاتكم ونعرف رأيكم في بودكاست ألفة في الشرفة oulfahshourfah@gmail.com (mailto:oulfahshourfah@gmail.com) Hey, I’m Herveline, a Swiss girl lost in Cairo and between two cultures: mine and the one I currently adapt to. So I decided to discover the differences between Egyptian and Swiss people in order to understand one another a little bit more. This podcast is for you if you want to know more about cultures of Egypt and Western Europe, if you can bear listening to the rusty dialect of someone still learning, or also if you are yourself learning the Egyptian dialect (with some Levantine inputs in spite of myself) and you want to practice listening.  My goal is simple and humble, I know that I won’t explain cultures of hundreds and thousands years old in half an our every month. Yes, my guests - and I mean mainly my partner Muhammad, thanks to him - and I are not experts, and we will generalize all the time in this program. But in order to know more about Umm addunia and another part of the world, let’s travel through discussing particular and personal opinions so that we find a truth which is probably not global, but can be a key to trusting each other.
