ORIGIN - Remember Your Truth

Anne Hochwald

ORIGIN – Remember Your Truth is a podcast for those who feel there is more to who they are than the roles, stories, and identities they’ve learned to wear. Each week, we explore energy, intuition, clairvoyance, emotional reconnection, and experiences that don’t fit into conventional language — not as concepts, but as lived reality.  I’m Anne. My path started in aviation and education. I have always felt everything around me, yet disconnected from myself — until my body demanded I listen, and my life changed completely.  Today, I work as an energetic healer and mentor, using my psychic abilities to guide you back into your own truth — and into the life you were always meant to live.

14 | Why Feeling Lost Might Be Exactly Where You Need to Be

Many people feel lost right now. Not just in small life decisions — but in a deeper way that touches identity, direction, and the question of purpose. In this episode, I explore why this feeling is more common than ever and why being lost is often not a problem, but a sign that something within you is changing. We talk about the pressure to “find your purpose,” how comparison to other people’s paths can create unnecessary stress, and why purpose often reveals itself in a very different way than we expect. I also share reflections on the larger collective transition we are currently moving through — including the astrological shift from Pisces to Aquarius — and how this shift invites more individuality, authenticity, and trust in our own inner guidance. This episode is not about forcing clarity. It’s about allowing space for transformation, trusting life a little more, and learning to listen to the quiet signals that point you toward what is truly yours. Because sometimes feeling lost is not the end of the path. Sometimes it’s the beginning of discovering the one that actually belongs to you. 13 | Your Sensitivity Is Your Superpower — Sacred Feminine Magic with Maya Spindel

What if your sensitivity isn’t something to fix… but the doorway to your power? In this episode, I sit down with Maya Spindel – yoga teacher, tarot reader, former spiritual life coach, and now author – to explore what it really means to reconnect with the divine feminine beyond the clichés. This conversation goes far beyond the surface idea of “softness” or “flow.” We dive into emotional depth, shadow work, and the kind of radical inner honesty that most people avoid – yet that opens the door to intuition, self-trust, and real transformation. Maya shares how creating safety within ourselves becomes the foundation for healing, allowing emotions to move instead of being suppressed, and why feeling deeply is not a weakness, but a form of strength and intelligence. We also explore the deeper layers of feminine energy as a raw, powerful life force. From Shakti and Kundalini to the balance between feminine and masculine dynamics, this episode reframes what it means to be connected to your energy and your body. It’s not about escaping into spirituality, but about bridging the spiritual and the physical, learning to listen inwardly, and trusting what arises. Maya opens up about her own journey – from guiding others in the spiritual space to returning to her own truth, and now channeling her experiences into a fantasy book that weaves together magic, storytelling, and the essence of the divine feminine. We talk about what it means to turn your inner world into something creative, and how intuition, surrender, and timing play a role in both healing and manifestation. This episode is less about understanding – and more about remembering. Remembering how to feel, how to trust, and how to reconnect with the intelligence that already lives within you. 12 | Who Are You Beneath the Roles You Play?

Modern life makes it easy to mistake the roles we play for who we truly are. The strong one. The helper. The one who fixes everything. The one who keeps the peace. In this episode, I explore how many parts of our identity are actually learned roles — shaped by family systems, expectations, and relationship dynamics. We talk about why these roles often develop as strategies for safety and belonging, and how they can quietly shape the way we show up with others. I also introduce the Drama Triangle, a relational model that explains how people often move between the roles of rescuer, victim, and persecutor without even noticing it. This episode is not about rejecting roles completely. It’s about becoming aware of them — and recognizing the difference between the identities we learned to perform and the deeper essence underneath them. Because the moment you start noticing the roles you play, something opens: more freedom, more authenticity, and more choice in how you respond to life and relationships. 11 | The Biofield, Phantom Limbs and Collective Consciousness with Dr. Eric Leskowitz

For more than a century, science has largely assumed that consciousness is produced by the brain and confined to the body. But what if consciousness interacts with something larger — an energetic field that connects mind, body, and environment? In this episode, psychiatrist and researcher Dr. Eric Leskowitz explores the science and mystery of what many traditions have long called life energy. Dr. Leskowitz spent more than 25 years working in pain management at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston and has been affiliated with Harvard Medical School through research in integrative medicine. Over the course of his career, he has published more than 50 scientific papers while investigating how subtle energy and consciousness influence human experience. In our conversation, we explore the concept of the human biofield — a subtle energetic field believed to surround and interpenetrate the body. One of the most intriguing examples comes from phantom limb sensations, where amputees feel pain or movement in limbs that are no longer physically present. In some cases, the perceived limb even appears to extend beyond the body’s physical boundaries. We also discuss experiments on collective intention and group consciousness, including research conducted at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab that investigated whether human awareness can influence physical systems. From phantom limbs to sacred sites, crop circles, and global consciousness experiments, this episode explores a fascinating possibility: that consciousness may interact with a larger field of energy and information that connects us all. 10 | You Are Nature

Modern life makes it easy to feel separate — from nature, from seasons, from our own internal rhythms. In this episode, I explore our connection to nature not as a romantic idea, but as something biological, emotional, and deeply regulating for the nervous system. I share reflections on how modern environments can disconnect us from natural cycles — and what begins to shift when we consciously return to them. We speak about the five elements in traditional Chinese medicine and how they mirror organs, emotions, and seasonal movement. About the Schumann resonance and why our brain states are not isolated from the Earth’s electromagnetic field. And about something much simpler: walking barefoot, touching trees, noticing light, and allowing your body to recalibrate. This episode is not about escaping modern life. It’s about remembering that you are not separate from the Earth you stand on. I also share practical and gentle ways to reconnect — especially if you live in a city — and why nervous system regulation is often less about doing more, and more about aligning with what is already natural. Because nature is not something you visit. It’s something you are. 9 | Intuition & the Senses We Forgot

In this episode, I talk about intuition — what it actually is, how it shows up, and why many of us have learned to ignore it. I share parts of my own journey with intuitive perception, including how visions and inner impressions appear for me, and how this has evolved over time through practice, trust, and experience working with clients. We explore the different ways intuition can express itself — through feeling, sensing, hearing, or simply knowing — and why intuition is often much quieter than the mental noise we are used to following. I also speak about sensitivity: what it can feel like to move through the world as a highly sensitive person, how overwhelming external energy can become, and why learning to regulate and ground yourself is essential when opening to intuitive awareness. This episode isn’t about becoming “spiritual.” It’s about becoming more honest in how you perceive. I share small intuitive exercises and playful ways to reconnect with your inner signals — not as rigid techniques, but as invitations to experiment and build trust with what you already carry within you. Because intuition is rarely something you need to learn. More often, it’s something you allow. 8 | Mindfulness in Research & Practice with Nasim Badaghi

In this episode, I’m joined by Nasim Badaghi — a mindfulness teacher who recently submitted her PhD. We talk about mindfulness beyond the buzzword: where it actually comes from, what it really means, and what it doesn’t mean. She shares insights from her PhD research on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and its impact on psychological distress in cancer patients. We speak about rumination, the “automatic pilot,” and what happens in the brain when we begin to practice awareness differently. But this episode isn’t just academic. We explore the personal side of mindfulness — how it changes the way we relate to our thoughts, and why mindfulness can feel almost rebellious in a world that constantly pushes productivity. We also speak about the nuances — that mindfulness is powerful, but not necessarily for everyone. Especially for people with trauma, it requires care, pacing, and sometimes guidance. This conversation is an invitation to slow down. To observe. To become aware of your inner patterns — not to fix them immediately, but simply to see them. Because sometimes awareness alone is enough. 7 | Guided: Inner Clarity to Access Your Vision

This episode is a powerful and deeply guided inner journey designed to lead you into a deep trance, support embodiment, and reconnection with your inner truth. For a significant part of this session, I guide you into an altered, receptive state where the body can soften, awareness can widen, and the mind no longer leads. We work with the full energy system — grounding deeply into the earth, opening and aligning the chakras, and creating a sense of safety and containment so your system can fully relax into the experience. From this state, I invite you to move into a lived visualization of your dream life — not as an abstract idea, but as something you can feel, inhabit, and recognize in your body. Rather than escaping the present, the journey then turns back toward your current life, helping you notice where these qualities already exist and how they can expand from there. This session is not about positive thinking or bypassing reality. It is about nervous-system-level integration: allowing insight, desire, and embodiment to meet, and gently bridging vision with lived experience. Disclaimer: Please listen in a safe, quiet space where you can fully settle into the journey. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you can pause, open your eyes, and return to your breath and body.
