A few months ago we held a poll to decide on our 5mil celebration episode, and the winner was Master and Commander. A close runner up and fan favourite was this, a classic punchline movie. Lmao it's Sean Connery dressed wierd hahaha. But what if I told you, it fucking ruled actually.
This episode was held behind the iron paywall for three months, until we needed it most. Until hoarse voices cried out in terror- We're all too sick to record an episode of our podcast this week.
John Boorman directed the movie Deliverance. Because of this, he was given access to 1.5 Million Quid and told to just fuckin make another movie. This is what he created... Zardoz.

After watching Beowulf, we decided to take a look at another recent film about the Vikings. A film lauded as an extremely accurate depiction of a 80-IQ ripped guy eating shit constantly in service of righting a wrong that was already righted while he wasn't paying attention. Is it fascist? Maybe. Maybe it's good though, ever thought of that?

In a rare turn of events, we encounter an actually good movie—not just a good Eurospy movie, but just a flat-out banger of a movie—very late in the season and after we've become expert witnesses on just how bad and formulaic pretty much every Eurospy movie is. That's right, we're reviewing the 1966 film THE QUILLER MEMORANDUM featuring some cast you might have heard of, such as: Alec Guiness, Max von Sydow, George Segal, with a screenplay by...
