I primarily listen to the tech shows, i.e. the Linux & open source show Linux Action Show; the science update SciByte, which covers most of recent research across many areas; their amazing administration & network security podcast TechSnap; and occasionally their coding/developer show. Each one of these are an amazing research for me in my daily work, with some stress relief chucked in there.
Apart from the above, Jupiter Broadcasting offers several shows for the less technically inclined, although there is some of these. From slight paranoia and politics, to Beer Is Tasty (no longer aired). (Generally more towards entertainment in these.)
Since I love and follow most of the Jupiter Broadcasting podcasts, the aggregate channel is very convenient. Not only does everything get downloaded into one channel, but new shows will be put in the feed as well, so I'll never forget to add another channel to try it out.
