    Welcome to the Coach or Dad Podcast, where the track meets real life. I’m Coach Zee, a sprint and hurdles coach who has spent more than two decades helping athletes chase big dreams on the track. But today, the role that might be the most challenging and the most rewarding is being a dad. And joining me is my daughter Zoei, a young athlete who’s been growing up around the sport her whole life. Together we live in a world where the lines between coach and parent sometimes get a little blurry. At practice, I’m Coach Zee. At home, I’m Dad. And sometimes… those two roles collide. This podcast is about that journey. We’re going to talk about what it’s really like to grow up in a household where track and field is part of everyday lifethe wins, the pressure, the lessons, the tough conversations, and the moments that make it all worth it. You’ll hear stories from our experiences as coach and athlete, father and daughter, navigating youth sports, elite competition, family life, and everything in between.
