I had been struggling with falling asleep for a while, because of chronic pain and whatnot, then I found this podcast and thought I’d give it a go. Fell asleep before he even got to the story…

I struggle with sleep from years. Try many different things, when I found this podcast I was like “ok I will give it a go…” but without any hope that this will change something. First episode and I don’t know what happens. It’s like 2 o’clock in the morning, I remember closing my eyes and listen to instructions start controlling breathing etc. I vaguely remember the story itself, I know it was about castle in Kent. And then I wake up… I check my phone for the time and u will never believe I slept 8 hours 😂 So thank u so much for this podcast and keep it going please ❤️
