This year has been full of cancelled plans, disappointments and overwhelming incidents, most of which are not within my control. I talk about my personal coping mechanisms which include doing small things that make you feel productive and somewhat in control. These include making your bed, doing small tasks, talking to friends regularly, engaging yourself in contributing to tackling the world's endless issues, by signing petitions for instance, and more!
