Diagnosed with systemic lupus at age 13
Diagnosed with lupus nephritis/ end stage kidney failure age 24.
Chronic illness/ autoimmune disorders are nothing to take lightly. Be compassionate to those who have invisible illness. It's quite the battle everyday is a fight. I wish people were more understanding but you you'll never truly understand until you go through it. 💜
(Currently having a lupus flare up while making this episode so I'm in excruciating pain). Lupus strikes again.

Spiritual integration is the union of opposites, duality (ying/yang, masculine/feminine, physical/ spiritual, mental/ emotional) together as one (one can't exist without the other, creating wholeness, balance and harmony in the Universe. It is essentially the embodiment of alchemy. When we become ungrounded it is because there's a lack of integration within ourselves. We become disconnected from our souls in which the dark night of the soul occurs. Powerful transformation happens when we learn to accept both the dark (shadow/ unseen) and light (what's shown) sides of ourselves. Spiritual integration is key to creation, new life and becoming the best version of yourself. 🌟

Children of emotionally immature and unavailable parents often have difficulty forming healthy relationships and expressing themselves as an adult due to emotional childhood neglect. They had to hide the most vulnerable parts of themselves just to feel safe because their feelings were dismissed and criticized. These children may feel unloved, unworthy and craves the validation they never received as a child. Depression, anxiety, distrust, addictions to cope are common in children emotionally neglected. Taking time to look within and reparent yourself are essential to healing your inner child wounds. You do not have to repeat the same cycles as your parents. Know that you are worthy, you are loved, your feelings and emotions matter/ are important and you are enough. 💛 🌟

Things that are no longer in alignment with you will fade away in your life. Learn and grow from the experience. Everything happens for a reason and is in divine timing. It's time to move forward, greater things are on the horizon. 💛

Focus on your goals, personal growth and what you truly want out of life. The energy you put into the Universe will return. Stay true to you. 🌟
