I share all of the ways neurodiverse minds are recommended to tend to their nervous systems, my own unique sensitivities as captured in my report, and how I've navigated this week as I gently take off some of the masks I've worn for many many years.     Navigating neurodivergence as a high masking woman

    I wasn't sure if I'd dive straight into this this week, but given it's what is occupying most of my headspace and life right now - and this is literally a show all about that - it feels important to speak to my recent autism diagnosis after considering the reality of this for a couple of years now. I share how I'm integrating this new understanding of myself in real time - and how I feel autism is synonymous with being an energetically sensitive and highly in-tune person. So really, any psychic is likely on the spectrum in some way (IMO). Would love to hear what you think - and thank you for being gentle with me as this one is a very new, recent and vulnerable thread and one I know will be perceived in many different ways (not all true). This is just the heartfelt truth of my own experience that is still very freshly unfolding.
