Natural Guilt is connected to the collective social evolution of humanity. Guilt can, in some instances, help make important changes. Guilt is useful when the individual has a certain self-awareness and ability to feel remorse for a genuine mistake. In this case it is possible to learn from a mistake and adjust the perspective and behaviour accordingly. Most often, guilt does not lead to remorse or any meaningful shift in perspective and behaviour. This I call Pointless Guilt which can become a nagging and all-pervasive feeling that may or may not be tied to anything specific. We can be born into a feeling of guilt that belongs to our parents or our bloodlines. We can be born into racial guilt where we feel we must atone for the ‘sins’ or failures of our race. We can incarnate with the patterning of guilt from other life mistakes. Guilt erodes our sense of innate worthiness. Guilt can enhance a state of emotional paralysis or confusion. Ongoing levels of guilt will feel stressful. We can feel guilty for just being alive. Guilt opens us to manipulation and narcissists are experts at probing the guilt of another in this way. An underlying sense of guilt can lead to a desire to rescue others in an attempt to atone for the feeling. Guilt can lead to psychic attachments and invasion. Guilt is an open door that others can use to access our energy fields. Guilt can also be induced through mind control programs and subliminal messages. Guilt leads to suffering, period! All such non-useful forms of guilt are addressed in this meditation.

In this meditation we call upon Universal Energy and our Family of Light, to invoke and release a flow of miracles in our reality. Miracle Consciousness is the state of a soul that has stabilised within 5th Level Density. In the 3D Matrix miracles are a rarity and when they occur, they are deemed to be due to Divine Providence. As the light is ascending the possibility of mastery is being birthed on the earth-plane. This mastery involved taking responsibility for the reality we are allowing, attracting and creating around us. Many Starseeds have incarnated within dense 3D Bloodlines and have inherited limiting and painful stories that block fluidity of movement and manifestation on the earth-plane. Similarly, many Starseeds have incarnated within the 3D Matrix over a number of lifetimes and have been conditioned and imprinted into stories that lead to stuckness, limitation, powerlessness and stagnation. In this 3D Paradigm much is coming to the surface to be healed. One aspect is the various schisms and divides that have been created across the globe. One of the most insidious is racism and all its associated prejudices, judgements and toxic conversations and projections. Recent orchestrated events in the US have brought this issue to the surface to be witnessed and healed. This meditation is designed to create a healing wave for the USA and then the planet. The soul has no race, the soul has incarnated in many races and in bodies that we would not readily recognise. As we move through the ascension process many are recognising that they have lived many lifetimes and have experienced life through different eyes and mindsets. When we recognise our multidimensional nature, it becomes impossible to hold ‘negative’ judgements about other and difference.
