The Bonehead Podcast, founded and hosted by medical students Joydeep Baidya & Patrick Nian, provides a new medium of discovering the latest academic contributions to orthopedic surgery. We aspire to make research accessible at every level of medical training by not only providing overviews for physicians, but also providing an educational component for our fellow medical students. Our Conversations series is an independent segment that features dialogues with physicians. With this initiative, we hope to leverage social media to expand mentorship past the one-on-one level.

    Welcome back listeners! In this Conversations episode of The Bonehead Podcast, we interview two stellar medical students who are currently on their orthopedic surgery research years between their third and fourth years of medical school. We are joined by a friend of the show, Ms. Olivia Tracey, a fellow Downstate student who is currently a Leon Root Research Fellow in the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics at the Hospital for Special Surgery.     Private Equity in an Evolving Orthopaedic Landscape | Episode 5: A Review
