This podcast features guests with often outlier perspectives on health and medicine. Surprisingly often, they make sense—and when you take the time to verify their claims, much of it holds up, at least on average.
That said, the guests are rarely challenged on their more dogmatic or extreme viewpoints. Worse, a few drift into outright lunacy—like the woman who claimed vegetables are bad for humans. Seriously? I thought we’d moved past that nonsense.
Still, I recommend the podcast. Contrarian voices deserve space, and sometimes they carry insights the mainstream misses.
Just keep your critical thinking switched on. This isn’t gospel—it’s a conversation starter.
