    Lost Loved One

    I recently lost my father because of Covid. In this episode, I expressed how I felt about his passing and how I dealt with it. I hope making this episode about him immortalizes him forever. RIP Dad.

    Uncomfortable

    Happy 3-year anniversary. I can't believe I've been sharing how to be unapologetic for so long. I wanted to share what situations make me uncomfortable. Going through times like that can shed light on how you interact with new surroundings and people. It could be anything that you feel like you must do but it's very hard to do. It may take some time to get used to it, but when you do things that are uncomfortable, you become unapologetically you.

    May is Mental Health Awareness month. What have you done to make sure your mental health is intact. I share some tips that could help with our mental health no matter what experiences we have. She shared all the hardships and challenges she faced as she grew into the success she is today. The fierce and talented woman she is enunciates in this episode. Like Robert Frost said in his famous poem The Road Not Taken,  "I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference."
