80% of Heart Attacks & Strokes Happen Because of THIS

Over 80% of heart attacks and strokes are not caused by arterial plaque, cholesterol, or calcium blocking the arteries. Find out about the true underlying cause of heart attacks and strokes so you can support your heart health and prevent them. 0:00 Introduction: What causes a heart attack? 0:36 Blood clots and heart attacks 2:50 Excess calcium and heart attacks 4:18 How to prevent heart attack by preventing clotting 5:09 Supporting heart health 6:10 Supplements to prevent heart attack More videos on Teeth and Heart Disease: ▶️    • Could Heart Dysfunction Come From an Infec...   ▶️    • The Hidden Source of Heart Attacks/Strokes... If someone dies from a heart attack or stroke, their death is typically the result of a clot. A clot can form in less than 5 seconds! Usually, your body should form a clot, fix the hole in the artery, then dissolve the clot, but this doesn’t always happen. Clots can be caused by the following: •Smoking •Pollution/chemicals •Alcohol •Birth control pills •Stress •Surgery •Endurance sports •Refined starches •Infection •High blood sugar •Inflammation Excess calcium in the arteries can also trigger clotting, which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. Postmenopausal women who take large amounts of calcium are at a much greater risk for blood clots. Calcium is involved in over 15 different clotting factors. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from building up in the soft tissues and arteries. It is found in dairy, butter, and other fatty foods. Always take vitamin D with vitamin K2. Magnesium is another important calcium regulator. It helps prevent calcium from entering the soft tissues, as well as arrhythmias and atrial fibrillation. Nitric oxide can reduce clotting. Vitamin D, L-arginine, and sunlight can increase nitric oxide to help prevent heart attack. Polyphenols, vitamin C, and omega-3 fatty acids all support heart health and may help reduce your risk of clotting. Keto and intermittent fasting can help reduce clotting by reducing inflammation in your arteries. Regular moderate exercise is vital in preventing clotting. Garlic and onion are also essential. Nattokinase, serrapeptase, and bromelain can be taken as supplements to prevent clotting. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting #lowcarb Thanks for watching! The Corrupt Food Industry Hiding In Your Child's School Lunch

Over 70% of your child’s diet comes from ultra-processed foods. Refined sugars, starches, and seed oils are destroying their brains. Watch this fascinating interview with Hilary Boynton, founder of School of Lunch, who aims to halt this junk food epidemic. DONATE HERE: https://www.gofundme.com/f/p2h7j3-pla... Check out their website here: https://www.schooloflunch.com/ 0:00 Introduction: The ultra-processed diet in children 0:36 Welcome, Hilary Boynton 3:38 The benefits of a healthy diet for children 6:06 Hilary’s training program 9:41 Please donate to Hilary’s GoFundMe! 11:02 Food and health, a vicious cycle Hilary Boynton is the founder of the organization School of Lunch. She has developed a training program to teach schools around the country how to create healthy, nourishing meals for our children. Hilary’s family health journey led her to develop School of Lunch. Hilary is a mother of 5 who’s dealt with infertility, eczema, epilepsy, speech delays, cancer, and Alzheimer’s. Hilary’s family moved to California during her husband’s battle against cancer. There, she teamed up with a local school and began working on their lunch program. She started as the snack coordinator, then became the consultant to the lunch lady, and was finally given the keys to the kitchen. Inspired by Dr. Weston A. Price's works, Hilary began exploring the importance of traditional, ancestral foods and our health. She familiarized herself with the gut-brain and gut-body connection. After implementing these dietary changes, kids no longer felt the ups and downs of their energy and mood throughout the school day. Kids and their teachers, who followed the same diet, were satiated and energized throughout the day. These benefits trickled into the children’s home lives, encouraging parents to join in after seeing the visible improvements. Hilary realized that more schools needed this information. Improving their food could greatly benefit schools, hospitals, churches, community centers, and more. If you’re able, please donate to Hilary’s amazing cause! Doctors do not factor in food when treating chronic illnesses caused by an ultra-processed diet. Hilary’s program aims to turn this vicious cycle around not by simply changing the diet but by empowering children to understand the power of food. --- Learn more about your ad choices. CRITICAL: Detoxify Your Brain from Microplastics

The brain accumulates the most microplastics out of all the organs in the body. Today, I’m going to tell you how to detox microplastics from the body to reduce the dangerous effects of microplastics on your health. 0:00 Introduction: How to detox microplastics from the body 0:20 Microplastics and forever chemicals 0:45 Plastic recycling 2:10 How to detox microplastics 3:36 More tips to reduce microplastics Did you know that the brain accumulates 7 to 30 times more microplastics than the liver and the kidneys? In this video, I’m going to tell you how to detox microplastics and forever chemicals that can wreak havoc on your health. Forever chemicals can bind with proteins in your blood, creating problems as they bioaccumulate in the body over time. One report found that the average person has 7 grams of plastic in their brain! Plastic recycling is a scam! Only 9% of plastic can actually be recycled, and the majority sinks to the bottom of the ocean. Scientists are working to develop microbes, fungi, and enzymes that can eat plastic, but until those are developed, there are only two things you can do to detoxify your body of microplastics. First, avoid plastic! High-quality deep sleep is vital to detox microplastics from the brain. Inducing autophagy can also detox microplastics. Fasting for at least 18 hours is one of the best ways to induce autophagy. Plastics and forever chemicals create oxidative stress in the body, which can be countered with strong antioxidant systems. Foods high in sulfur, such as garlic, onions, and cruciferous vegetables, can help strengthen your body’s antioxidant networks. NAC and milk thistle are great for detoxification. Try these tips to reduce microplastics: •Use a water filter •Eliminate plastic cutting boards •Avoid dishwasher pods •Switch to biodegradable coffee filters •Use sea salt from an ancient seabed •Choose natural tea bags without plastic •Avoid plastic baby bottles •Use a stainless steel water bottle •Use plastic-free sponges •Avoid canned food and liquids •Use bamboo toothbrushes •Avoid Teflon •Use glass Tupperware •Avoid plastic dental floss •Use 100% organic cotton tampons Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The #1 Most Dangerous Carb in the World

You could be consuming the world’s most dangerous carbohydrate without even realizing it. This hidden carb spikes your blood sugar, even more than actual sugar. Find out about the #1 most dangerous carb in this video. Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: The #1 most dangerous carb in the world 1:58 What is the worst carbohydrate? 2:20 What is starch? 5:20 Refined carbohydrates and chronic disease 6:08 Hidden sugar foods 8:31 Food vs. ultra-processed foods It’s no secret that ultra-processed carbs can take a serious toll on your health. Consuming this dangerous carbohydrate can have the following side effects: •Development of type 2 diabetes and a fatty liver •Insulin resistance •Visceral fat •Feeds pathogens in the gut •Inflammation •Increased LDL cholesterol Products containing this ingredient can be marketed as zero sugar, even though it quickly turns to sugar in the blood. It’s incredibly cheap, at about 20 cents per pound, and has no health benefits. It’s used as a filler, and the average person consumes between 60 and 250 pounds per year. You can find this ingredient in gluten-free foods, baby formulas, baked goods, and other refined foods. Surprisingly, many athletes also consume this product. The carb we’re talking about is industrial starch, such as modified food starch, corn starch, and maltodextrin. Starch is a string of glucose molecules. When a starch is modified in a lab, its bonds become very weak and fragile, causing it to turn into sugar very quickly in the body. Industrial starches are processed with chemicals such as sodium trimetaphosphate, vinyl acetate, bleach, and octenyl succinic anhydride. These chemicals are considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe), but they are self-regulated. Industrial starches are directly responsible for the complications associated with type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s, brain plaquing, and fibrosis of the liver. People rarely consume starch alone. Most junk foods are composed of starches, seed oils, and sugar. Consuming starch with seed oils is a deadly combination! Hidden sugars are also consumed in much higher quantities than actual sugar. Food is defined as “that which is eaten to sustain life, to promote the growth and repair of tissues.” By this definition, starch is not food! Doctors Missed This for Decades: The Real Root of Chronic Illness

Could the root cause of chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension really be the same? In this video, I’ll show you how to prevent chronic illness by effectively addressing the root cause, rather than just the symptom. The right “prompt” to analyze your DNA report: If you were asking ChatGPT to analyze your DNA from an ancestral mismatch lens, a great prompt would be: “Based on my genetic report, identify which genes show adaptations to ancestral diets (hunter-gatherer, farming, natural). Then, explain how these same genes may create a mismatch with modern diets and environments. For each, show practical consequences and strategies to thrive today.” Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: The #1 root cause of chronic disease 0:20 Medicine ignores the root cause of health problems 1:23 What causes chronic disease? 4:45 Genetics and chronic disease 10:16 Tips for chronic disease prevention Medicine aims to label a disease and treat the symptoms with medication. Medication comes with side effects, which are then treated with more medication. Focusing on the root cause of health problems could help avoid numerous issues. Genetics plays a role in disease and immunity, but there’s more to it. Genetics can provide clues about potential health issues we may encounter if our diet and environment are not quite right. Try these chronic disease prevention tips to overcome genetic predispositions and address the root cause of your health problem: 1. Go outside for sun exposure within 60 minutes of waking up. 2. Dim the lights 90 minutes before you go to bed. 3. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent. 4. Work out regularly on a consistent schedule. 5. No eating 4 hours before bed. 6. Eat during a 6 to 8-hour window. 7. Go on a 10 to 15-minute walk after eating. 8. Consume something fermented with every meal. 9. Spend time in nature at least 3 times per week. 10. Put your hands in the soil. 11. Use an air purifier in the house. 12. Use a water filter or drink mineral water. 13. Use fragrance-free hair and skin care. 14. Use stainless steel or chemical-free cookware. 15. Don’t keep ultra-processed foods in the house. 16. Limit eating out at restaurants. 17. Use a sauna/hot shower/cold bath regularly. 18. Try nasal breathing for sleep and stress relief. 19. Take hourly breaks from the computer. 20. Try using white noise for sleep. Today, we're going to talk about the most dangerous food you can eat and what makes it so dangerous. Factors that make this the worst food in the world for your health: 1. It combines starch and fat under high heat • This creates advanced glycation end products, which affect your eyes, brain, heart, and kidneys. 2. Hydrogenated oils • This contains trans fats, which affect your cells, harden your arteries, and may increase your risk for cancer. 3. Acrylamide • This is a neurotoxin that has been linked to Alzheimer's. 4. Sugar • Sugar can lead to many different health problems. This food may contain sugar, beet sugar, dextrose, or maltodextrin. All of these types of sugars are very dangerous. 5. Glyphosate • I believe glyphosate can potentially alter a person's microbiome and may lead to negative health effects. 6. Seed oils • These oils are very inflammatory. 7. Ketchup • Ketchup contains high fructose corn syrup, which can lead to fatty liver and insulin resistance. It also has corn syrup, modified corn starch (MSG), and soy oil. You probably guessed it—the most dangerous food in the world for your health is French fries.
