    Healing yourself in your love language

    Healing may be a strong word, but knowing that you HAVE to take care of yourself in your love language is an important conversation and something that I felt it took me too long to learn. If you are expecting people to love you in your love language than why are you not expecting it from yourself? Treat yourself how you want to be treated by others - and watch yourself become happier, more self aware, and more open to being loved by others.

That being said - Tuesdays have always been a vibe, and something that I love about a Tuesday is that we eat something that comforts us, a full blown skincare routine, and everything shower, and a large glass of wine.
