This series explores how drawing might help to manage the way that we process traumatic events, with positive implications for our resilience and wellbeing. It grows out of personal experience and researches the visual, motor, cognitive and psychological aspects potentially involved. Its structure has been led by my research, evolving to an extent in 'real-time', in response to my findings, reflections, and interviews with experts in the field. This podcast series was made possible by an Arts Council England Project Award.
