My name is Sheryl Cohen and I am an educational psychologist and mother of 4. I use both my experience as a therapist and a mother in working with parents, children and adolescents. But I am not a perfect parent. I hope to dispel the myth of perfect parenting. I prefer Dr Winnicott's concept of "good enough" parenting. Our aim as parents is to be good enough. Not perfect.
