Ugo Monye, Chris Jones and Danny Care dissect the biggest rugby union stories of the week
The miracle of Bristanbul
Danny speaks to Ugo and Chris all about Harlequins' dramatic semi-final victory over Bristol. He tells them what was said in the dressing room at half-time, why Joe Marler arrived by helicopter and his thoughts on facing Exeter in the final. They discuss the Lions' first warm-up match this weekend and what they would like to see from Warren Gatland's side against Japan. Plus, what can we expect from the United Rugby Championship?
Saracens, semi-finals and Henshaw's Lions band
Lions centre Robbie Henshaw joins Danny, Ashy and Chris on the pod this week. He talks about the team's training camp in Jersey, his hopes for the tour and wanting to start a Lions band this summer. They also discuss Saracens' return to the Premiership and whether they're coming back stronger than before. There's a look at both Premiership semi-finals and we talk penalty shootouts after Steffon Armitage's heroics for Biarritz at the weekend.
Sir Jamie and Sinckler
This week Ugo, Danny and Chris are joined by Lions hooker Jamie George who talks about playing in the Championship this season, Saracens' crucial play-off and what to expect from South Africa this summer. You will also hear from Kyle Sinckler on his Lions reprieve and why being an inspiration is so important to him. There's also the fallout from Bristol's victory at Leicester, Wayne Pivac's latest Wales squad and Jonesy reports back from his stag do.
The final four and Ashy's new paint job
The top four in the Premiership is done and dusted, but who will go on to lift the title? Ugo Monye, Danny Care and Chris Ashton look back at a busy weekend of rugby as Sale and Harlequins confirmed their spot in the semi-finals. They share some of the best excuses team-mates have given for missing training and Ashy's explains how his car got an unexpected paint job. Plus, you'll hear from Shaunagh Brown and Rachael Burford after they helped Harlequins win their first Premier 15s title with victory over arch-rivals Saracens in the final.
Five-star Toulouse and the mini stag
Ugo, Danny and Chris reflect on Toulouse winning the Champions Cup for a record fifth time. They talk crowds, family photos and champagne goggles as 14-man La Rochelle came up just short at Twickenham. They also discuss Leicester's defeat to Montpellier in the Challenge Cup and the progress they've made this season. Plus, there's a round-up of the Premier 15s semi-finals and having been overlooked for Chris' stag do, Ugo and Danny take matters into their own hands.
European finals, celebrations and champagne
Ugo, Danny and Chris talk trophy celebrations and commentary box attire as they look ahead to the all-French Champions Cup final at Twickenham this weekend. They also look at Leicester's Challenge Cup final and how why they have improved under Steve Borthwick. There's also a look at the battle for England's number 10 jersey this summer and Simon Amor and Jason Ryles leaving Eddie Jones' coaching set-up.
Great pod, fun and entertaining, best rugby pod out there.
These guys have kept me sane in lockdown
Great pod, makes me stay on the treadmill for much longer than I would otherwise. I agree with much of what was said this week about England and would ask a question and make a suggestion.
Question: what happened to the finishers?
England used to have a bench to be feared - Maro off the bench at the 60 minute mark must be demoralising for the opposition
Suggestion: Shields to 8
Billy is an injury liability and Nathan Hughes seems to have lost his Mojo. And we have depth and six and seven.
Keep u the good work.

The guys have good opinions and decent chat. However it’s a BBC pod (British Broadcasting.......) and the all the talk is about England, England, England..... They will mention other nations but 75% of pod is England centric. Starting to listen to other pods due to this.
