Blend until smooth and serve immediately. 🍓 Berry Smoothie (2 servings) 1/2 cup milk 1 5.3 oz container plain Greek yogurt 1 cup baby spinach 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1 ripe banana Handful of ice cubes Optional: Splash of raw honey if you want a little extra sweetness (like Jim 😁) Optional: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hempseed, chia seeds or flaxseed for protein boost.
