    A Healthy Mind

Today's episode Amanda Fludd is a Licensed Psychotherapist about the importance of keeping a health mind. Amanda Fludd is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Private Practice Owner in NY, Adjunct Professor, and Corporate Mental Health Consultant. She has taken over 15 years of experience from the couch to help women live a life without guilt, anxiety, or fear as a Mindset and Personal development coach. She is passionate about women of color embracing the importance of mental health in their everyday lives. It’s here her background in Mental Health gives her an edge as a coach, as she infuses the psychology of what works to inspire women to show up as their authentic selves.  We often don’t realize that behind perfectionism, stress, procrastination, or inaction is anxiety and fear, and behind that, old unhelpful stories impact how we think. As a mom of two young children, a wife, a woman of God, and a child of Caribbean parents, she understands the complexities of our experiences that shape who we are and how we respond to life. She truly believes that to build strong businesses and experience emotional freedom, we have to have effective strategies to help us shatter self-doubt, calm our inner critic, feel capable, courageous, and in control of the direction, we want to go in life. The Secret to Being a Raw Vegan

Today's episode I talk with raw vegan Deliane. Deliane drop some tips and share her experiences with being a raw vegan. Deliane would say she was born plant based. From the time she tasted it, she never liked meat, but even as an infant, she loved eating fruits and vegetables. Her diet choices were validated when she heard a talk on vegetarianism, and even though she was still a child, she told her parents she would no longer eat meat. Deliane believes that detoxing does not have to be boring and tasteless, but it can be a culinary experience. A Native from Martinique, she loves blending french, creole, and other exotic cuisines to created heathy, yet tasty dishes. Food as medicine can indeed be a blend beautiful, simple ingredients, and spices for ultimate flavor and healing. She believes that the right foods, prepared the right way can heal mind and body. With her strong interest in holistic mind-body balance, Deliane is training as a raw living foods chef and lifestyle nutrition coach. When she turned 39 this year, Deliane, a mother of three, founded Thirty9 Down, a growing movement for those who want to want to live a more impactful life at any age. She wants to encourage others to make the changes they want to see in themselves to accomplish the purpose of their design. Ready to change your eating but need daily help.
