She REFUSED to Wait 18 Months - How Her Toddler Transformed in Two Weeks

In this episode, Sarah shares why she refused to “wait and see” for 18 months, and what happened when she chose early action instead. You will hear a candid, step-by-step account of her toddler’s two-week intensive: from not sitting or engaging to cruising furniture, initiating more eye contact, and showing new agency. Sarah explains what changed day by day, why the first true meltdown was actually a communication win, and how small foundational shifts created big momentum. We break down the order of operations behind those gains. Start by identifying the weak networks and clearing bottlenecks to energy and regulation, then stack targeted inputs in the right sequence. You will hear how labs informed the plan, where nutrition fit (gluten and dairy removal), how we used photobiomodulation to support mitochondrial function, and why vestibular activation and primitive-reflex work came before “higher” skills like speech drills. Sarah also shares what she wishes she had known sooner about early intervention, how to keep progress going at home without hours of homework, and what changed for the whole family. If you are on the fence about acting now versus waiting, this conversation offers a clear framework, practical takeaways, and proof that a well-sequenced plan can unlock rapid, meaningful change. PANS/PANDAS - The Roadmap for LASTING Results...

In this episode we break down PANS/PANDAS in plain language and connect the dots most families are never shown. You will hear why flares are not just about the infection, how psychosocial stress can amplify the response, and why an energy poor brain struggles to regulate behavior, attention, and movement. We map the neurobiology behind symptoms, including the role of the basal ganglia, primitive reflexes, vestibular function, and the gut brain immune axis. We walk through an order of operations that actually moves the needle. Start by restoring capacity with oxygen delivery, sleep, blood sugar stability, and mitochondrial support. Identify and calm inflammation, including hidden environmental triggers such as mold and poor air quality. Then add targeted stimulation to the specific weak networks so the brain can inhibit reflexes, coordinate eye movements, and rebuild self regulation. You will also learn which labs help you stop guessing and start planning, how to think about neuroinflammation and glial priming, and practical ways to stack therapies so gains stick. Real cases illustrate why one child unravels after a routine illness while another recovers quickly, and how changing the inputs changes the outcomes. Whether you are just hearing the term PANS or have been chasing answers for years, this conversation gives you a clear framework to make sense of the chaos and a roadmap you can act on with your care team. Functional Labs that FINALLY Connect the Dots - Dr. Erick Galindo Valdes

Foundations first. In this episode Dr. Erick Galindo Valdes and Dr. Josh Madsen unpack what healthy development actually rests on and why common is not the same as normal. They explore how birth factors can echo through reflexes and gut function, why the earliest years are such a powerful window for brain growth, and how daily environments either build capacity or quietly drain it. You will hear practical ways to bring more movement, better breathing, real food, and sunlight into a child’s routine so the nervous system has what it needs to grow. They also lay out a clear roadmap for testing and care. Start by confirming oxygen delivery, energy production, and basic labs so the brain has fuel and raw materials. From there, target the exact networks that test as weak, including vestibular systems, eye tracking, balance, and core control. When the order is right, primitive reflexes organize, regulation steadies, and learning starts to feel lighter because the system is no longer fighting upstream. A major theme is listening to parents. Many families know something is off even when routine visits suggest wait and see. This conversation offers the questions to ask, the simple home upgrades that can help right away, and a way to think about progress that builds capacity first and then stacks skills. The goal is clarity about what to do next, not a laundry list of therapies. YEARS of Therapy Wasn’t Working - This Did

A family shares their journey with a young child who has agenesis of the corpus callosum and years of slow progress. They arrived hoping for clearer answers on why milestones were stuck. The evaluation uncovered retained primitive reflexes, poor eye tracking, weak balance, and signs that energy and coordination systems were not working together. Across the first week things began to click. From almost walking to taking confident steps. From startle and sensory overload to handling fireworks without a meltdown. Balance and core came online, eye tracking smoothed out, and ankle clonus calmed. The team used a bottom up plan that paired functional labs with targeted neuro work, laser sessions to support cellular energy, and simple at home changes so gains could hold between visits. You will hear exactly what was tested and trained, how the plan was sequenced, and what the parents noticed first. The goal is a practical look at what can change when you build capacity at the foundation and then stack skills in the right order. Sixteen Surgeries to First Wins - A Family’s Story of Perseverance

A family shares their journey with a little boy born at 24 weeks who spent six months in the NICU and faced a complex medical path that included a brain bleed requiring a shunt, surgeries for necrotizing enterocolitis, and eye surgeries for retinopathy of prematurity. By early childhood he had undergone sixteen surgeries, multiple shunt revisions with infections, and long stretches on medications, followed by years of OT, speech, and feeding therapy with uneven progress.  Before care, the biggest day to day hurdles were very low tone, poor balance and coordination, and a compulsive finger chewing loop that began after a viral illness and was impossible to redirect. The evaluation echoed these concerns, noting extremely low tone, many retained primitive reflexes, and exam signs consistent with a basal ganglia type loop driving the repetitive behavior. The episode walks through a bottom up plan that starts at cellular energy, then works through reflex integration, vestibular and balance training, and vision work to lift overall capacity. You will hear early changes in strength, balance, coordination, speech, and confidence, along with how a home laser fit in as a safe, noninvasive way to support momentum between sessions. The parent perspective highlights finding the right balance between conventional and functional care while rebuilding from the foundation. Concussion Therapy FAILED his Child - Dr. Josh Offers the Solution

Get the inside story on why Infinity expanded to Denver. In this episode Dr Josh talks with the co owner of Infinity Colorado about what he experienced at our Iowa clinic, why he felt compelled to bring the model to the Denver area, and what local families can expect from care that blends clear evaluation with practical, parent education.  You will hear his family’s journey with a 14 year old who lived through multiple concussions along with a level one autism diagnosis, years of specialist visits with little progress, and then a two week intensive that clarified missed pieces like balance, eye tracking, and communication between key brain regions. The change was strong enough that they even reconsidered schooling after seeing progress in a short window.    We also compare what felt different from prior concussion clinics and why adding a cellular energy lens mattered, including the use of lasers and oxygen therapies alongside targeted neuro rehab. Then we talk about opening the Denver location, training clinicians in Iowa to maintain the Infinity way, delivering the same experience in both states, and the early wins families are already seeing Book an intensive at infinity - https://link.apisystem.tech/widget/form/Z6FP4UEjNYO81KVkb5HL #EarlyIntervention #ChildDevelopment #AutismAwareness #BrainDevelopment #Neuroscience #ParentingTips #DevelopmentalDelays #PediatricCare Disclaimer: The information in this video is for educational and informational purposes only. Her Son's Autism Diagnosis & Chronic Constipation - What Finally Helped

A mom shares the turning point in her search for help for her seven-year-old son, who is autistic and has struggled with gut issues, especially constipation, since infancy. After years of doing “all the right things” in traditional care, she realized what was missing was a neurological lens that connected behavior, learning, and biology. In the episode, she explains how assessing primitive reflexes, low tone, and eye-tracking challenges reframed their plan, and why the gut–brain axis, and specifically the vagus nerve’s role in motility and regulation became a primary focus. Hearing a parent describe that moment when the puzzle pieces finally line up makes this conversation both relatable and practical for families navigating similar questions. Inside the intensive, she walks through what the week actually looked like: structured sessions, targeted “brain games,” core strengthening, vestibular and ocular work, and daily strategies to bring vagal tone online. The immediate changes were hard to ignore, a body that had lived in fight-or-flight began to soften, attention settled, and classroom skills moved in measurable ways, with reading up around 50% and math up about 25%. Just as meaningful for their family, constipation began to ease as regulation improved, reinforcing the connection between nervous system balance and GI function. She’s candid about what’s still a work-in-progress, stubborn retained reflexes and ongoing social skills, so parents get a full picture of both the wins and the realities. If you’re exploring autism through a neurological and whole-child lens, this story offers a clear roadmap for asking better questions and stacking the right supports in the right order. • Book a Discovery Call with Infinity - https://infinityneuromotor.com/discovery?am_id=chandler9549 • Book an intensive at infinity - https://link.apisystem.tech/widget/form/Z6FP4UEjNYO81KVkb5HL #EarlyIntervention #ChildDevelopment #AutismAwareness #BrainDevelopment #Neuroscience #ParentingTips #DevelopmentalDelays #PediatricCare Disclaimer: The information in this video is for educational and informational purposes only. She Took Away Screens - Here's the Results

A mom flew to our Colorado clinic hoping for something to finally stick. Within days, her son was calmer, less startled, and even got a compliment from a stranger at dinner. That moment mattered because they used to avoid restaurants and church altogether.    One simple decision helped jump-start change at home: remove the screen. In less than two weeks, he stopped asking for it and began playing on his own for up to two hours - building attention and confidence the whole family could feel.    In clinic, we didn’t start with quick fixes. We found seven of eight primitive reflexes still active, then built from the ground up; posture, balance, vestibular support, before touching ocular drills. His wandering eye faded to where most people wouldn’t notice. That foundation is why changes carried into real life, from calmer public outings to signing up for soccer and eyeing baseball next.    If you’ve tried things that felt good in the moment but didn’t stick, this conversation is for you. We talk about what actually moved the needle, how to keep momentum with a simple home plan, and why focusing on foundations first changes everything.
