What is the feeling of anger? How does it feel in our bodies? And in our minds?
No feelings are bad – we just need to learn how to speak to them. By learning the language of Anger, children can work out how to calm down and let anger go.

Happy

Frustrated
What is the feeling of Frustration? How does it feel in our bodies? And in our minds?

Pride
What is the feeling of Pride? How does it feel in our bodies? And in our minds?
