    Earl Spencer scandal: Can the Crown survive another crisis?

He says the Government’s proposals to house more than 1,200 migrants in the Oxfordshire village has prompted residents to plan to take self-defence classes and install a CCTV and an emergency alert system. Plus, Jacob explains why he feels that some of the residents have brought this problem on themselves. Elsewhere, Camilla sits down with Lucy Letby’s barrister, Mark McDonald, following the release of Lady Justice Thirlwall’s Inquiry report into the safety failings at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
