Ibrahim Jaaber

Ibrahim Jaaber is the Youth Director at the Islamic Educational Center of Pennsylvania (IECPA), where he leads programs focused on spiritual growth, leadership, and character development. His approach combines mentorship, education, and faith to help young Muslims thrive in today’s world. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed an Executive Master’s Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship and Cross-Cultural Dialogue through the ADR Fellowship at Cambridge and Cornell University. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in Positive Youth Development from YIPA, which enhances his work in empowering youth. Before joining IECPA, Ibrahim Jaaber studied Arabic, Qur’an, and Islamic sciences during three years in Cairo, Egypt. He also had a professional basketball career and was inducted into the Philadelphia Basketball Hall of Fame. Now, he brings athletic discipline, spiritual grounding, and academic insight to his role. Through engaging talks, mentorship sessions, and youth-focused events, Ibrahim Jaaber helps nurture confident, principled young leaders who are rooted in Islamic values and active in their communities.
