日・フィリピン円滑化協定を初適用　セブ島沖地震で物資輸送も―中谷防衛相

中谷元防衛相、９月１９日、同省中谷元防衛相は７日の閣議後記者会見で、同日から実施している航空自衛隊とフィリピン空軍の共同訓練に、９月に発効した日比の「円滑化協定」を初適用すると発表した。 Japanese Defense Minister Gen Nakatani said Tuesday that a reciprocal access agreement between Japan and the Philippines, which took effect last month, will be applied for the first time to ongoing joint drills between the Japan Air Self-Defense Force and the Philippine Air Force.
