    Cyber Stealth vs. Physical Stealth: The Battle for Observability

Stealth has always been about one fundamental question: How do you accomplish a mission without giving the adversary enough information to stop you? For most of the modern military era, that question has been answered primarily in physical terms. Make an aircraft difficult for radar to detect.Make a tank blend into the terrain.Reduce infrared emissions.Control electromagnetic radiation.Build shapes that reflect radar energy away from the receiver.Use materials that absorb energy rather than returning it.That's physical stealth. But now imagine a different kind of battlefield. An autonomous drone enters contested airspace. The enemy's radar doesn't see it. Its infrared signature is difficult to distinguish. But the adversary sees something else: A communication pattern.A network connection.A digital identity.A behavioral anomaly.A command-and-control relationship.The drone may be physically stealthy.
