Meet Jaynaya Winmar

Jaynaya is a proud Noongar/Balladong woman from Quairading in the wheatbelt region of Western Australia. Jaynaya has a strong background across the Employment and Recruitment sectors through partnerships throughout the Education and Employment across regional and remote areas within Western Australia and Victoria. Having previously worked within the recruitment industry specialising in disadvantaged cohorts across wider Australia under the employment services framework Jaynaya has been able to assist in identifying the gaps in engagement deliveries and having the ability to effectively articulate throughout the partnerships on how to actively develop these. Adam Goodes

Adam Goodes is a name synonymous with Great Australian Athletes. A professional football career that spans more than 17 years, he holds an elite place in AFL/VFL history. The now CEO of Indigenous Defence and Infrastructure Consortium (iDiC), he is a person to watch. Adam was named the 2014 Australian of the Year; recognition for empowering the next generation of Indigenous role models and as an advocate for the fight against racism. An Adnyamathanha and Narungga man born in Wallaroo South Australia, Adam is proud of his heritage and passionate about eliminating discrimination in society. His strength of character draws from his drive to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People achieve economic independence. Working closely with federal and state Government, captains of corporate industry and prime contractors; Adam and the team at iDiC are at the forefront of change and have the opportunity to innovate and develop a better future. Adam will also be remembered for taking a stand against racism after being racially vilified on field by a young member of the crowd. The exemplary way in which Adam helped turn the incident into a positive public message of education and non-tolerance will be remembered for generations to come. His commitment to invigorate support pathways for communities, led to the creation of The Goodes-O'Loughlin Foundation (GO Foundation) with fellow Indigenous teammate Michael O'Loughlin. Adam also joined the National Indigenous Council, as well as the board of Aboriginal Literacy Foundation and Supply Nation (resigned 2017). Anthony Wilson

Anthony is a proud Ngarrindjeri and Kaurna man with family ties to the Narungga and Arrente country. He plays league football for the Norwood Football Club in the SANFL and was drafted by the Adelaide Football Club at the end of 2014 for the 2015 season. Adam Williams

Adam Williams is a Wiradjuri man who grew up on Darug land and now resides in Quandamooka country. Adam is the Co-Founder of 100% Indigenous-owned and operated supply company SupplyAus Holdings Pty Ltd of which brands such as Dhuwa Coffee, Bunji Workwear, SupplyAUS Medical, Jingeri Office National and most recently, Aromas Coffee Roasters all fall under its prosperous ownership. As a proud Indigenous Entrepreneur, Adam received the Ministers Buy Queensland Award in 2021 and is passionate about changing the paradigm of Indigenous engagement one contract at a time. Adam is not an overnight success and has worked hard to build a strong career that has now equipped him with the skills to empower a workforce of more than 20 staff. Adam completed a graduate degree in Business and Education, through the Koori Centre at Sydney University where he was awarded the Charles Perkins Memorial award for study and became a founding member of the University of Sydney Indigenous Games committee. In 2018, Adam went on to develop his business skills through the Murra Indigenous Masterclass program at the Melbourne Business School and completed his MBA at the Queensland University of Technology. In May 2022, Adam completed the Harvard Business School Program Certificate for Leading People and Investing to Build Sustainable Communities. Troy Rugless

Troy is the Founder, Managing Director and CEO of PSG Holdings. Troy’s Indigenous heritage is from the Wiradjuri people. He also has Torres Strait Islander heritage from his Grandfather’s family who originated from the Western Islands of the Torres Strait. Troy is a former professional rugby league footballer who played for Eastern Suburbs and South Sydney. After his career was ended by injury, Troy followed in the footsteps of his father and joined the NSW Fire Brigade where he served for 20 years and was involved in representing the service at Indigenous careers expos. Having grown up in the La Perouse area in Sydney, around family members who were involved in the construction industry, Troy developed a passion for building, which led to the creation of PSG Holdings and creating opportunities for Indigenous people across a variety of industries as well as putting him in a position to support a number of community groups in his local area. The growth of the business has seen Troy become a majority owner of not only PSG Holdings, but also Evolve FM, a facilities management company owned in joint venture with Jones Lang LaSalle, where Troy has increased his understanding of the property markets and, in addition, obtained his Real Estate Licence.
