    The Beginning, Spring, and what is GitFit

    So in this episode, I just wanted to give a little info on who I am, and what has led to my interests in fishing and fitness. I will share more stories about both as my journey continues and more about my past as we continue on this podcast journey. As much as I want this to be a way for me to reach out to other people, I know deep down this is a way for me to get thoughts and ideas out into the world. That means that I don't want to just get my story out, but I really hope to help others get theirs out as well.     This is the trailer, coming soon will be the start of my journey into the fishing, kayaking, and fitness world. In the first couple of episodes I'll do my best to introduce myself, and let you know who I am, where I'm coming from, and where I want to go. I will do my best to have a little about all three of my subjects in each episode, but I'm sure some episodes will have me focused on specific topics, which could be anything from a story about my day on the water, to current events that effect the fishing, kayaking, and fitness world. Eventually I'd like to have guests, as a matter of fact my biggest goal is to meet other like minded individuals, and build a community where we all can learn and grow as people who enjoy the great outdoors and want to live a healthy life.
