    Today we share our not-guilty guilty pleasures (is it chocolate? is it snarky reddit pages, is it trashy tv??) We also share why self care is important, how it isn't just about bubble baths, and what our favorite self care methods are! This convo was fun for us to have because 1) we constantly learn things about eachother 2) we give each other new ideas about how to implement self care and 3) we realized that the hour we spend podcasting each week is part of our own self care! We also debate who has the best fountain diet cokes. Very important topic.

Today we talk all about how we deal with change (two of us are not fans, two LOVE change) why we are this way, how we've grown and evolved our relationship with change, and how to deal with coworkers who complain a lot. This episode felt like a therapy session where we all dove deep into why we are the way we are and we loved it!     In this episode we talk ALL about tattoos. 3/4 of us have tattoos so we share lots of fun and meaningful tattoo stories. We learned more about Emily than we ever thought we would! We learn one of us has a butt tattoo and one us has a lip tattoo. One day we will all have buffalo tattoos--don't worry. This episode made US laugh more than any episode has so far so I hope it makes you laugh too!!

    It's our best gal Emily's birthday week so this episode is all about birthdays! Best birthday, best present, how we celebrated birthdays as kids (Hannah will unlock a memory in your brain when she shares about how her parents decorated for birthdays) and how to manage expectations as an adult. The answer is: give your partner explicit directions or just buy your own Ukrops cake. Happy Birthday Emily!!!
